Making a change to your IU South Bend application

We recognize that sometimes your plans change. Whether you need to defer your admission to a later term, change your intended major, or cancel your application altogether, IU South Bend is here to help.

Update your application for admission

Need to change your starting date or reactivate a previously withdrawn application? You’ll need to complete our update form.

Cancel your application for admission

Are you no longer planning to attend IU South Bend? You’ll need to cancel your application. Applications cannot be reactivated if the deadline has passed.

If your undergraduate application is more than one year old, please complete a new application here

There is no application fee.

Changing your major?

If you have decided to change your major, you may do so by using the update form; however, we recommend updating your major through the orientation reservation system should you decide to change it after April 1.
