For conditionally admitted students, immigration documents are issued by the English language schools.
Perhaps the easiest way to apply is to complete our undergraduate online application or graduate online application . The nonrefundable application fee is $65, which you will pay by credit card.
If you prefer the pen-and-paper format, you can request one to be mailed by calling 574-520-4419 or by e-mailing oiss@iusb.edu. Alternatively you may pick up a paper application in person by stopping by the Office of International Student Services in room 140X of the Administration Building.
If you apply on paper and submit your application via post, you must submit a check or money order. Cash cannot be accepted through the mail. Cash and credit cards can be accepted if you bring your paper application directly to our office. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. We cannot accept international reply coupons or euro checks.
To ensure timely processing, please take note of our priority dates. Missing these dates may delay your admission until the following semester. Applicants are periodically notified by email of their admission status. All required information should be received to guarantee the receipt of required immigration documents. The priority dates for each semester are:
Fall Semester: June 1st
Spring Semester: October 1st
Summer Sessions I/II: April 1st
