The First Step

Which type of applicant are you?

First Year

Students who have graduated from high school or secondary school, but have not enrolled in a college degree program.

Transfer or 2nd Degree

Students with a high school diploma who have enrolled in a college degree program and want to complete a degree program at IU South Bend.

Non-Degree or Guest Student

Students taking classes to transfer back to a home institution, to complete pre-requisites, or for personal enrichment.

International

Students in non-immigrant status seeking to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program.

Graduate

Students who hold a Bachelor degree and want to earn a Master-level diploma or degree.

Online Education

Students who would like to complete a degree entirely online.

Returning Student

Undergraduate students who were last enrolled at IU South Bend and are seeking to return and complete the degree.

High School: ACP and Dual Enrollment

Students who want to take college-level courses before completing a high school diploma.

Intercampus Transfer

Students transferring temporarily or permanently from an IU campus to IU South Bend.
